Board of DirectorsBoard of Directors

Although the credit union is owned and democratically controlled by its members, it is inconceivable for the members to gather to make daily decisions. For this reason, the members elect a board of directors.

As a member of a credit union, you have voting privileges which allows you to vote for individuals who would best represent your needs.

Spectra Credit Union has 9 Board of Directors, from 5 different electorial districts, who were democratically elected to represent the needs of every member.
