Administration – Administration includes specialty areas such as Human Resources, Marketing, Compliance, Privacy and Office Administration.
Finance and Accounting – Finance and Accounting includes support to the retail business, as well as auditing of process and procedure.
Information Systems – A support resource for computer applications and development of applications required by business practice.
Investment Services – Provides investment knowledge and support to our membership.
Lending – Our lenders specialize in a variety of areas including: Consumer, Residential, Agricultural as well as Commercial.
Maintenance –This department ensure that the facilities are maintained and safety of staff and members are ensured.
Management – Our management team leads the organization in each of the specialized areas. They develop, coach and mentor staff as well as provide direction.
Member Service – The core purpose of this position is to provide quality member service. The Member Service Representative responds to member inquiries, analyzes needs and assists members to choose the product or service which best meets those needs, and refers members to other staff when appropriate.
