On January 15, 2008 board members of the Spectra Community Foundation travelled to see some of the projects that are taking place in our communities, in part, with some assistance from the Foundation.

Tami Scott presented a cheque for $7,500 to Glen Rowley, Board member of the Manor Community Recreation Board. The donation is to assist the board in building a new rink for Manor. The picture is taken in the rink that is being constructed that will serve as a natural ice arena for the community.
