Bienfait Community Projects Receive Funding

Two projects that are underway to serve the community of Bienfait received funding from the Spectra Community Foundation Inc.

The Bienfait Community Centre received $13,500 to assist with renovations.  This Centre will provide the Bienfait community with an area to host different events.  As well, it will be used as a youth drop in centre, a seniors centre and a meeting place for various groups such as the Bienfait Girl Guides and Brownies.

The Bienfait Memorial Arena received funding in the amount of $24,000.  This funding will be used to renovate the upstairs portion of the rink to allow hosting of meetings and events in the community.
