We are seeking nominees for the position of Director on the Board of Spectra Credit Union for the following Regions:

• 2 Directors - Region 3 - Beaubier, Estevan, Minton-Gladmar; 1- 2 year term; 1 - 3 year term
• 1 Director - Region 4 - Oxbow, Carnduff - 3 year term
• 1 Director-At-Large

Nominations will be accepted from the period of February 22 to March 5, 2010.

Voting will take place the week of March 22-26, 2010.

The Annual General meeting will take place on March 29, 2010.
