Black History Month Book Drive Plus Meet Iris!

Celebrate diverse and inclusive reading for underserved youth

February 13, 2023- February 28, 2023

Types of Books needed: New books featuring Black characters and influential African American figures dedicated for ages (5-13)

For over 75 years, The Campagna Center, has been equipping children and families with the educational tools they need to thrive and this month Spectra Credit Union is honored to conduct another Book Drive in honor of Black History Month!

The books donated will support the Wright to Read: Read Across America Day event on March 2nd. The Wright to Read program gives the gift of literacy to over 100 children a year.

Meet Iris from the Brilliant Kids Club!

Celebrate Black History Month with us as we collect children’s books in support of the Campagna Center! During this event, you’ll have a chance to meet Iris, the kid scientist, and learn more about our financial formula for a more vibrant future. Don’t forget to bring your book donations as we are giving away a spectacular gift for each person’s donation. (While supplies last.)
