Not all borrowers will qualify for the lowest rates. Your rate will be determined at the time of your application and will be based on qualifications and credit history. FIRST TIME HOME BUYER PROGRAM:
Minimum credit score requirement is 700 and maximum LTV is 100%. Maximum loan amount is $548,250. Borrower must pay 1% toward closing costs. Gift funds are permitted to meet minimum borrower contribution.
Deferred payment option is available to all members. Payment deferral period is 90 days from the date of the loan until the first payment and may be slightly longer based on scheduled first payment. Regular monthly payments may be made during the deferment period but are not required. Deferring a payment will result in a longer period of accrued interest which may cause your first payment or first several payments to be disproportionally greater to interest than to principal.
