Savings or Credit Secured Loans: Share secured loans are available up to the aggregate balances of primary and family shares (deposits). Shares securing a loan will be placed on hold and will not be accessible during the life of the loan. Dividends will continue to accrue on the held shares. Rates are variable and can change quarterly.
Share certificates may be used as collateral. The term of the loan may not exceed the term of the certificate. Dividends continue to accrue on share certificates held for collateral on loans. Holds on pledges amounts release as the loan balance decreases.
Many terms to choose from. Loans secured by shares in certificates may only be extended for the remaining term of the certificate. Collateral Value: Equal share/certificate balance.
Home Improvement Loan: This is not a real estate secured loan. Maximum term is 10 years and maximum amounts financed is $75,000. Minimum credit score to qualify for this loan is 700.
