1This is a fixed rate Home Equity Line of Credit. Rates as low as 6.99% APR. Your actual APR will be determined at the time of loan approval and will be based on your creditworthiness. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rate. For primary residences only. A HELOC has a maximum APR of 18%. Maximum loan amount of $100,000. Property insurance, and if applicable, flood insurance is required for the life of the term. Spectra Credit Union reserves the right to end this promotion at any time without further notice. Sample payment for the Fixed HELOC is $100 per $10,000 financed (1% of the outstanding principal balance). Any closing costs paid by Spectra CU on behalf of the borrower must be repaid if the loan is closed within three years from the date the loan is opened.

Property insurance, and if applicable, flood insurance is required for the life of the term. Minimum loan amount is $10,000 with a maximum loan amount of $100,000 and a maximum Combined Loan to Value (CLTV) of 90%.. Any closing costs paid by Spectra CU on behalf of the borrower must be repaid if the loan is closed within three years from the date the loan is opened.
Refinances of existing Spectra Credit Union Home Equity Lines of Credit and Home Equity loans are excluded. Spectra Credit Union reserves the right to end this promotion at any time without further notice.
